Zing Insights is a leading media research agency, specialising in events and exhibitions. We work with clients like the Ideal Home Show, Farnborough Airshow and Banham Zoo.
Our business has grown organically through referral, our clients like working with us, they tell other people about us and they come back time and again. In recent customer research (we practise what we preach!) our customers described us as knowledgeable, professional, friendly, reliable and fun.

A degree would be good but isn’t essential, we’ll consider candidates with ‘different’ education levels and life experiences, so long as you can demonstrate your passion, abilities and/or experience.
Job roles will vary based on candidate abilities and experience but might include:
- Client relationship/account management
- Survey design, discussion guide design, writing reports or debriefs
- Attending events/exhibitions/visitor experiences – taking photos, assessing the visiting experience, etc.
- Preparing datasets/data outputs/tabulations/charts/infographics
- Proofing data/analysis/reports
- Marketing/business development e.g. creating social media content/blogs
- Some admin duties (such as organising appointments and meetings, booking market research depth interviews, proof reading, database building).
Personality is important to us. We’re a people business and pride ourselves on being friendly, reliable, creative, passionate and knowledgeable suppliers for our clients.
As a result, first and foremost we want someone who can ‘fit’ our team! We need someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, organised and articulate. Only ‘can-do’ people need apply. You’ll need to have a great phone manner, good English language skills (written and oral), have a good level of experience on all the basic Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and be open-minded and willing to learn.
A full clean driving licence and some experience of SNAP or other research software is desirable but not essential.
