Every morning millions of people across the UK tune in to This Morning on ITV. In May 2017, Media 10 launched the first ever ITV This Morning Live at the NEC, Birmingham.
The event team were keen to measure their visitor’s experiences and attitudes to the inaugural event as a baseline for improvement and development in year two. They commissioned Zing, as specialists in customer experience measurement to collect visitor feedback post-show using an online survey.
We were able to map This Morning Live experiences against industry benchmarks to contextualise the show’s performance.
And what a performance it was – visitors rated the show highly, were highly likely to recommend and want to come back for more in 2018. This is a great example of a launch event that understands its audience and delivers an experience that matches and exceeds expectations. Well done This Morning Live!
