Happy birthday to us!

It’s hard to believe that a year has passed, we’ve been so busy.  Thank you to everyone who has supported us, old clients and new, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with you all and the variety of work we’ve been involved in;  everything from new product development to marketing communication studies, service evaluation to business development strategy and lots in between.

We’ve focused on innovation and bringing something different to our clients; hence the development of our research pods and the launch of digital research graffiti as a customer feedback and engagement tool.

We’ve got lots more ideas for research innovations to make a difference to our clients, helping them to understand their customers and/or target customers and ultimately, grow their businesses.

We’re growing too and are looking for bright young things to join our team.  We’re hoping to work with lots more leading brands in the years to come and if you’re reading this, we hope we’re either working with you already or soon will!
