Completely fixated on Norwich’s City Hall, our GoGoGorilla, Gareth is just one of 53 vibrant gorilla sculptures populating the fine city of Norwich. We don’t doubt that by the end of the summer we will have received over 100 photos of Gareth from visitors to the GoGoGorillas trail. As you may see from the montage below, we have found that people from in and around Norfolk are going bananas for the GoGoGorillas and the hope is that this will lead to funds being raised for the Break and Born Free charities.
A number of local and national companies have joined to create a huge collective of sponsors, organisers and affiliates supporting the GoGoGorillas project. The popularity of the event has made it a fantastic contributor to local Norwich business; it’s understandable why so many organisations jumped at the chance of be involved.
Zing Insights have seized the opportunity to support the GoGoGorillas project by sponsoring Gareth gorilla on Gaol Hill and becoming the project’s official research partner. Lisa Holt, Director at Zing said – “Getting involved in this project is perfect for us because we’re 100% committed to supporting Norfolk Businesses in understanding their customers and enhancing the commercial success of our region”. The research itself will create an understanding of the trail’s economic impact on the region and the overall experience of visitors on the trail.
